Weaving Accessory Kit: The Weaving Accessory Tool Kit includes the best tools for weaving a Nantucket Basket. This Kit comes with a Hard-wood Nantucket Mold Stand that has 6 positions to place steel dowels. It is designed to hold the mold. There are 2 steel dowels stored on the right side of the base that are interchangeable. The 3″ round adapter is predrilled with 2 screws to be installed into the top of the mold. The predrilled hole in the center fits the steel dowels provided with the mold stand.

The heavy-duty 3" steel C-Clamp, secures the mold stand to any hard surface. The Stave Shaver also uses the C-Clamp to hold it securely to a table. The Stave Shaver is custom-made to shape and taper Cane & Reed Staves. It has slots to allow for 5 different taper widths. The 1" chisel makes a clean cut on the stave and is used to taper each side of the material. The basket leveler helps make the placement of the rims straight & level. The leveler has a wood block that slides up and down to accommodate large baskets. The pencil stays locked in position to properly mark the location of the rim.
