Caryl is the President & CEO of HH Perkins. She is highly knowledgeable in seat weaving, basket weaving, and crafts. Caryl has completed furniture repairs and restorations for people in the Tri-State Area and beyond. Caryl is also a fantastic teacher in person, on the phone, and through email and text. She receives hundreds of pictures weekly and guides customers through their purchase and installation process.

Customers and companies refer us regularly because of our outstanding reputation. Answering the phone and helping customers has always been HH Perkins' main priority, and customers appreciate our exceptional quality and speedy delivery. Caryl is an incredible Businesswoman and has spent the last 20 years optimizing all operations at HH Perkins. In 2010, Caryl moved HH Perkins Headquarters to 370 State Street in North Haven, CT. This location provides excellent showroom-retail store space, a beautiful classroom space, and an enormous warehouse.
Todd DeFrancesco, Vice President and COO of HH Perkins, has expanded the business in many positive ways. Using his experience from ten years in the software sales industry, he has aided in designing the new website, upgraded all computers, improved in-house communications, and created a new logo for HH Perkins. Thanks to Todd, HH Perkins is a star seller on Etsy. Todd has expanded the showroom, remodeled the interior of the building, and upgraded the shipping and receiving warehouse. HH Perkins is now more accessible to customers than ever, and Todd continues to list products on more software platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Shopify.
Todd has a great personality, and his ability to help and care for our customers is exceptional. Todd graduated from Quinnipiac University, where he played Division 1 baseball. He was part of winning teams as a pitcher, and Todd is used to excelling in high-pressure situations.
