Shipping and Return Policy

HH Perkins has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not damaged or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers cannot return partial materials that went unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. We will replace it on a case by case basis. It is easier for us to determine if you send a picture with your request. If you receive the wrong item let us know right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers who receive the wrong item then what they ordered are not liable for any expenses occurred. Write REFUSED on the box if it is from USPS and the Post Office will send it back to us with no charge to you. If it is UPS send it back to us and we will cover the shipping cost. This is only for customers who do not receive the correct item they ordered. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items not valid for return include custom cut materials like cane webbing, shaker tape, reed braids & fibre braids, and books. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are not returnable.

We do not accept returns on certain sale items, product specials, clearance items, or anything labeled as B-Quality.  

The fastest way to ensure you get the items you want with an exchange is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns are sent back to the HH Perkins Company at the purchasers expense. If customers order the wrong item by accident, they have to cover the cost to ship it back to us, but we will replace it for you. If the new item or items cost more than the accidental purchase customers will pay the difference + the new shipping cost. If the new item or items cost less, customers will receive a store credit for the difference, and will have to pay the new shipping cost. The store credit can be applied to the new shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Times

HH Perkins will ship the same day the items are returned to us if it is before 3pm. Anything after 3pm will be shipped the following day. For customers who receive the wrong item by accident, let us know immediately and we will ship it out the same day we talk to you. Once shipped all customers located in the mainland United States will receive their orders between 1-5 days depending on where you are located. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, a 20% restocking fee may be applied on a case by case basis. Your refund must be issued using the payment method you used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Most refunds on your credit card take 3-5 days for the credit card company to process.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped the same day if received by 3 pm EST Monday-Friday. Items ordered after 3pm will be shipped the following day. We ship on Saturday. We ship on Saturdays at 11am via USPS. All orders from Friday afternoon and Saturday morning before 10am will be shipped out on Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday. All orders from customers from Saturday afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

HH Perkins provides tracking numbers and invoice confirmation of purchase via the customers provided email address. USPS and UPS will send a tracking number directly to your email. We also include a hard copy of the invoice inside the package sent directly to customers with their purchases.
