White Fiber Rush: Fiber Rush is an eco-friendly material made from recycled kraft paper. Fiber Rush is used primarily in seat weaving, basket weaving, Fiber Arts, and DIY crafts. HH Perkins has various sizes of White Fiber Rush to ensure you have the correct size to complete your project. Fiber Rush is completely rounded and created using a 3-ply twist method.
White Fiber Rush Sizes:
3/32" White Fiber Rush: About 420 feet per pound. This is the smallest size of Fiber Rush offered at HH Perkins, less than 1/8" in diameter.
4/32″ White Fiber Rush: It is about 250 feet per pound. The average chair uses 3 pounds of White Fiber Rush.
5/32″ White Fiber Rush: About 210 feet per pound. White Fiber Rush 5/32″ is one of our more popular sizes for chair seat weaving and is also used in various wicker repair projects. The average-sized chair uses 3 pounds of Fiber Rush. This twisted craft paper is sold by the pound and is white in color. It is available in 35-45lb reels, 10lb spools, or 3-9 lb coils. Reels of Fibre Rush weigh between 35-45 lbs.
